Plastic F profiles are often used as shadow gap to create a recess set into the surrounding wall. Also used as F joining section, soffit F trim, gap cover, end stop bead and edging trim.
F profile provides a receiving channel to hide the ends of panels.

This profile gets its name because it is shaped like a capital F letter.
Plastic F profile can be bought in 75 metre packs, each pack contains 25 X 3 metre lengths.
The material is an external grade rigid PVC, which is also known as uPVC. Therefore F profile can be used either inside or outside. The colours available are white and black.
F profile is often used as a shadow gap, creating a recess around windows, doors, ceilings and other applications. The recess is set into the surrounding wall and the F profile creates a neat finish for your project.
F profile is sometimes used as an edging trim ensuring a tidy finish. The stalk, or long leg, can be fixed to a wall.
F profile can be used as part of soffit applications, and is sometimes referred to as soffit F trim.
Boards or glazing can be fitted into the F profile, the F profile provides a receiving channel to hide ends of panels.
