Whilst plastic U channels have two straight legs of equal length, our PVC capping range has two legs of unequal length. The short edge of the PVC capping channel tapers inwards very slightly which may help with grip. We do advise to request a sample to test for your particular project.
We have a choice of black plastic capping and white plastic capping in our stock range. It is possible to make other colours of plastic capping channel but as this is a custom requirement the minimum meterage would be 2000 metres.

We manufacture black plastic capping and white plastic capping in the UK. Our profiles are high quality and are made from an external grade rigid PVC. This means PVC capping channel can be used outside as well as inside. We are accredited with the British Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015 and the British Environmental Standard ISO 14001:2015.
