Black capping can be used for edge covers and capping for boards and panels. The shape of our black capping is similar to our J channel range, you are welcome to request samples to compare. Shaped similar to the letter J, with one leg longer than the other.

Whilst plastic U channels have two straight legs of equal length, our PVC capping range has two legs of unequal length. The short edge of the PVC capping channel tapers inwards very slightly which may help with grip. We do advise to request a sample to test for your particular project.
We have a choice of black plastic capping and white plastic capping in our stock range. It is possible to make other colours of plastic capping channel but as this is a custom requirement the minimum meterage would be 2000 metres.
